Boot Camp week 4 day 5

Worst day in a looooong time.
Had a couple nightmares then woke up to bad news, then more bad news…

Didn’t eat much.

11am cup of tea
4pm
4 leftover Pringles chips found in the car. It was an all day commute and I was too stressed to even think about food.
7:30
Dinner
Moussaka: eggplant in tomato sauce with ground beef. No cheese.

9pm
3 oranges

No workout other than stressed out nerves and driving all over the place.

Boot Camp Week 4 day 4

Been very tired lately, preparations for overseas travel to palestine, wedding preps, kids graduations, kids doctors visits, and lots of shopping.

Very hard to focus on healthy eating when you are running around like a chicken with its head cut off.

8am
Went for a walk around the block with hubby first thing in the morning

9am we had breakfast. Fried eggs, wheat pita, cheese, za’atar, tomatoes.

11:30 made a iced chai at home. I’m sugar it has tons of sugar cuz it was super sweet. it was a premade powder mix. I was so hot and in a rush I didn’t really think about what’s in it.

2:00pm at the kids graduation
Had a piece of cake. I mean like what kind of proud mother would I be if I didn’t have some of the graduation cake?

5pm dinner time
Roasted chicken with salad. And leftover pasta (yes for the third night in a row)

8pm
Hubs took us all to the local ice cream place.
I broke down and got a hazelnut flavored thing. Was nice, not super sweet, and not plain.

and yes, no workout today. I guess you can say today was give-in-to-sugar day. Starting to get tired of this whole thing. But I’m not throwing in the towel yet.

Boot camp week 4 day 3

9am
Hubs decided to go to ihop (seems like its turning into a weekly thing lol)

Chicken crepes with hollandaise sauce on the side. Wheat pancakes with blueberry. I ate one crepe and one pancake.

All day shopping with my groom-to-be brother, getting him ready for his flight to Gaza.

Boot Camp Week 4 Day 2

8am

Weight and measurements, empty bladder

Weight: 119.2lbs
Arm: 10″
Waist: 31″
Thigh: 20.5″

Not sure what progress I’m seeing, my weight is down. My goal weight is 125. I having been eating right this past week and excercise was non existent.
Hoping this week will be a little less rough.

Boot camp week 3 day 7

Didn’t even have time to post this on the right day!!!

Slept in, kids sick so it felt so good

Breakfast, 10:30 am husband made us some fried eggs, cheese and other random stuff. Whole wheat pita

Running errands, cleaning, getting kids ready, heading to my dads house for dinner and brothers engagement party 🙂

Helped assemble dinner and stuff, forgot pics. But it was barbequed kabobs, shish kabobs, chicken, pasta rice and salad.

7pm
Dinner at last! My tummy was growling for so long.

They also served cake but I didn’t have any, don’t like the icing.

Headed home and got straight to bed. 11pm
Daughter wake up 11:15. Runs to bathroom, pukes all over floor, goes back to bed. Spend the next 30 mins scrubbing and cleaning the floors.

Exhausted, went back to bed. Tomorow is a better day.

Boot camp week 3 day 6

Very hectic and fast paced day, I didn’t take any pics.

Breakfast 9:30
Some fried eggs, cheese, whole wheat pita. Tea

Housework, kids. Errands, preps for brothers engagement
Didn’t eat a thing all day.

Bowl of soup

9pm
Cliff bar, oatmeal raisin walnut

One cup of water allll day.

Exhausted, lots of things to do Tomorow.

Slept in, kids sick with fever, everyone tired.
Breakfast 10:00am

Stayed full for a really long time. Amazing.

Ran errands all freaking day with the family.
5:00pm
Stopped at The Golden Corral (the mother of buffets) for a bite. Or two, or two plates full of bites.

Here we go again….So much for eating clean.

Steak, chicken fajita with onions, guacamole, Asian rice, spring roll, quesadilla. And some salad

Fruits (didn’t eat all), coconut cream pie (ate half), and a chocolate covered strawberry fresh straight from the chocolate fountain. (yes, they have a chocolate fountain ❤ )

Been full since that meal and haven’t eaten anything at all, all night!

Couldn’t work out, but I was out all day driving all over town from 1-6:30pm. That has to count as some sort of workout lol.

I really really need to find time to excercise.
Hoping Tomorow is a better day 😦

Fresh Pineapple Orange juice

I had some fruit sitting waiting to be devoured. So i decided to juice them.

Pineapple orange juice, makes 1 liter

1 pineapple, skin off, rind out, cubed
3 oranges, peeled.

Add to juicer and juice away! Beats anything in a store bought box or bottle.
Serve with ice, or store in a mason jar to keep fresh for a couple days.

Try to use the sweetest fruits you can find for maximum flavor

Breakfast 9:00am
A bit of Tuna from this recipe: healthy Tuna salad.

Running to doctors and labs for my son’s coughing and nose bleeding problems.

Went to Walmart to grab meds, and a bite as well.

Went to kids on a school field trip. Left the house at 7:40 with an apple. Ate half.

Didn’t have anything else til kids got back to school at 12.
